SFI Digital LTD (Company Registration: 16926124) is a company registered in the United Kingdom, providing subscription-based website development services.
2. Services
We provide subscription-based website development services, including:
- Starter Websites (£49/month) - Up to 8 pages, mobile responsive, SEO optimized
- Business Websites (£89/month) - Up to 15 pages, CMS, blog, contact forms
- Platform PWA (£149/month + £199 setup) - Unlimited pages, PWA features, user accounts
- Platform Pro (£199/month + £299 setup) - Advanced features, admin dashboard
- White-label development for agencies
- Website maintenance and ongoing support
3. Project Terms
3.1 Subscription Terms
Our website services operate on a subscription basis:
- All subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 6 months
- After the initial 6-month period, subscriptions continue month-to-month
- Monthly payments are due on the same date each month
- Setup fees (where applicable) are due before work commences
- All prices are in GBP (£) and exclusive of VAT where applicable
3.2 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- Setup fees are due before project commencement
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- We accept payment via bank transfer or major credit/debit cards
3.3 Delivery
Initial website builds are typically delivered within 7-14 days, depending on the plan selected and timely provision of content from the client. We will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines but cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the custom work created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general techniques, code libraries, and methodologies developed during the project for future work.
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as required
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Ensure you have the rights to any content provided to us
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFI Digital LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription cancellation terms:
- Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the initial 6-month commitment period
- After 6 months, you may cancel with 30 days written notice
- Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of your domain name
- Website hosting and support cease at the end of the billing period
- Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
- We can provide your website files upon request for a handover fee
8. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
