We provide product development and early-stage build services, including:
- Owned products operated by SFI Digital (e.g., Slotbase)
- Early-stage builds (fixed-scope systems aligned with our product focus)
- Product-aligned operational systems for small businesses
- Limited partnerships and collaborations
3. Project Terms
3.1 Early-Stage Build Terms
Early-stage builds are fixed-scope engagements:
- Scope, timeline, and fees are defined in writing before work begins
- Changes outside the agreed scope require a separate written agreement
- Availability is limited and not guaranteed
- All prices are in GBP (£) and exclusive of VAT where applicable
3.2 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Fees are invoiced according to the agreed schedule
- A deposit may be required before work commences
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- We accept payment via bank transfer or major credit/debit cards
3.3 Delivery
Delivery timelines are agreed in writing and depend on scope and timely input. We will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines but cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the custom work created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general techniques, code libraries, and methodologies developed during the project for future work.
For SFI Digital owned products, we retain all intellectual property rights. Access to products is provided under the applicable product terms or usage agreements.
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as required
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Ensure you have the rights to any content provided to us
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFI Digital LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Early-stage build cancellation terms:
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Work completed to date is billable
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing
- Product access is subject to the applicable product terms
8. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
