Every plan includes hosting, SSL certificate, a free domain (.co.uk or .com), regular backups, security updates, and a set amount of monthly update hours. There are no hidden fees.

All plans have a 6-month minimum commitment. After that, you can continue month-to-month and cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

After your 6-month minimum, simply give us 30 days notice. We'll provide you with a backup of your content. If you want to keep your website running elsewhere, we can help transfer it.

Absolutely! You can upgrade at any time. We'll simply adjust your monthly fee and add any setup costs for the higher tier. Downgrades are available after your 6-month minimum.

Update hours cover small changes like text edits, image swaps, adding new pages, or minor design tweaks. Unused hours don't roll over. Need more? Extra hours are available at £50/hour.

You own all your content (text, images, branding). The website code and design are licensed to you while your subscription is active. If you cancel, we can provide your content for migration.

Starter sites take 7-10 days, Business sites 10-14 days, and Platform tiers 2-4 weeks depending on complexity. We'll give you a specific timeline after our initial consultation.
